We don’t have exclusively small rooms for single share so will be converting 2 share into single share and rent starts from ₹26000 onwards depends on room size.
At present no three shares available only offers any 3 of the friends come together.

Payment Structures for Daily & Monthly

Daily / Weekly (One room per one person)

  • Less than 5 days ₹1100 per day.
  • More than 5 days ₹1000 per day.
  • Security deposit ₹2000 will be fully refundable and no major damages except wear and tear of your short stay.
  • In both cases only one time charge for Registration + Maintenance ₹200 and no charge will be taken when you rebook again.
  • For companies booking for their guest with GST bills per day charges ₹1200 + 12% GST.

Monthly

  • The rents are explained in other page for all 1/2/3 shares with room image and price tag.
  • Security deposit ₹5000 will be fully refundable and must be serve one-month prior notice of check-out intimation and no major damages except wear and tear.
  • Maintenance one time charge ₹3000 and non-refundable like other PG. Even though other PG won’t provide luxury branded mattress, water-proof protectors and cloth covers for both mattress and pillow + one extra set under your bed.
Note: Whatever we discuss the prices will not be changed randomly like other PGs. Once agreed for a price then will be continue during your stay until unless any price hike happens for all the members in the PG irrespective of the room size and length of stay. Generally, won’t be happen in real scenario the prices will be fixed minimum of 9-12 months without any changes. If anything demands due to unforeseen circumstance, then that would be interim 1-2 months (ex: lack of water in summer )

All the prices are included in your room rents just to differentiate with other PG’s facilities and us costing directly more than ₹3000+ irrespective of room sizes.
The standard 2 share room starts in our PG from ₹13500 and all other rooms varies based on the size of the room. The similar standard room(in our PG starts ₹13500) may get in other PGs may be ₹11500-₹12500. The price you are paying here for water softener(which consumes lot of water, energy + monthly maintenance charges) ₹1000 + all other facilities especially cleaning and hygiene you differentiate here another ₹500-1000.
In simple words the extra money you paying for the facilities as explained above for water softener and another ₹500 paying for extra 2 staff for cleaning and cooking where you can see only 2 people who clean and cook in other PG’s here another 2 more staff which is costing nearly ₹30000. if you spread the money each person would paying ₹500 to serve food options and maintain well clean and hygiene.
